1) Value added tax identification / VAT-free purchase / VAT-free delivery
a) Delivery to private individuals residing within the European Union
You will receive an invoice with the identification of the corresponding German VAT rate.
b) Delivery to private individuals residing outside the European Union
As an exporter liable for export to non-EU countries, we have to prove the export in order to be able to deliver VAT-free.
Option 1: We deliver directly to your home address outside the EU and deliver directly VAT-free. Our proof of dispatch is sufficient to prove the export.
Option 2: We deliver with included German VAT to an address within the EU and you export the goods. The original SF-1 invoice stamped by customs is returned to us and now documents the export. Please provide us with your payment details and we will refund the German VAT at short notice.
For exports with an invoice amount of 1000 Euro and more, we are obliged to prepare export documents (ABD) as well as customs declaration by the shipping company or by the forwarding agent. This results in external costs of about 55 Euro which we have to pass on.
In this case we also strongly recommend shipping with TNT or alternatively DHL EXPRESS instead of the DHL standard service to ensure secure customs processing and fast delivery.

c) VAT-free delivery to companies with VAT identification number
If you have a sales tax identification number which can be used by us for invoicing and a company outside of Germany, we can supply your company free of sales tax. Please contact us if you have any questions on this topic.
2) delivery times
Products in stock are marked accordingly and usually leave our house already on the day of receipt of payment and are then in German most in 1-2 days with you. If the goods are not in stock, the shop will show you the estimated delivery time. Of course you will be informed about the current status
3) payment methods
In the mail order business you can pay your order comfortably by bank transfer, PayPal, paydirekt and also by credit card. Depending on the method of payment you can choose between different service providers like PayPal, giropay, Giro Solution. Alternatively you can use your own online banking.
If you pay by bank transfer you help us to keep the additional costs of the money transaction under control and to keep the prices low :-)
When picking up the shop you can also pay cash and EC-Cash.
You can select the desired payment method in the order process.
The following payment methods are handled via PayPal:
PayPal - You pay with paypal
Are you using PayPal for the first time? Simply open a free PayPal account when paying and benefit from PayPal buyer protection. If you already have a PayPal account then simply use your known access data.
Direct debit - You pay by Paypal service in the SEPA direct debit procedure.
For this PayPal service you do not need an existing PayPal account.
Credit Card - You pay by Paypal service with your credit card.
For this PayPal service you do not need an existing PayPal account.
Pay upon Invoice - You pay our invoice to Paypal.
We send the goods to you and receive the invoice amount paid out by PayPal. You pay the invoice amount directly to PayPal upon receipt of the shipment.
The following payment method is handled via giropay:
giroypay - The secure online transfer via the online banking of your bank or savings bank. In the next step you will be forwarded directly to the online banking of your house bank, where you release the payment.
Credit Card - A service of GiroSolution AG (Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe). In the next step, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and card verification number. If the credit card is activated for 3D-Secure (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), you will be forwarded to your house bank during the payment process.
Paydirekt - The online payment procedure of your banks and savings banks via GiroSolution AG (Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe). You will be forwarded to the Paydirekt website, where you log in with your personal access data and then confirm the payment. You need to register with Paydirekt in advance.
The following payment method is handled via your online banking:
Bank transfer - You transfer the invoice amount after the purchase over your on-line account entrance or with your account-managing institute by Vorkasse on our account. Our account details will be communicated to you later.

Cash payment - You pay the invoice amount when picking up in our shop cash in euros.

4) Shipping methods and shipping costs
Shipping costs within Germany mainland:
Parcel (insured for value of goods, tracking)
Delivery time: Usual delivery time in working days: 1-3

Express Parcel - next working day before 18:00 (insured for value of goods, tracking)
If we receive your order on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday by 14:00 o'clock, it will be delivered on the following working day. If we receive your order on Wednesday, it will be delivered on Friday. If your order reaches us between Friday 14:00 and Monday 14:00, it is guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day following Monday. To make an express delivery, it is necessary to provide a telephone number. Unfortunately, the Express Service does not deliver to the islands..
As our shop is not manned on Wednesday, orders from Mittoch are only sent out the following working day with guaranteed delivery the next working day.

Parcel shipments are always provided with a tracking option. The shipping company will provide you with tracking data by e-mail so that you can conveniently track your parcels. Often the tracking number is also stored on your invoice.
Shipping problems are unpleasant for both sides. Use the shipment tracking option to inform you about the progress of the shipment. If a domestic DHL shipment is shown as delivered without you having received it, please fill out the recipient declaration and send it to us so that we can place an investigation order.
