SDI Open Water Scuba Diver
The SDI Open Water Scuba Diver course is your entry-level course where you will acquire the skills necessary to safely complete open water dives.
These skills include buoyancy control, equipment assembly, dive planning, safe dive execution and equipment maintenance.
The course includes all the basic knowledge about equipment, physiology and underwater world. In the practical part the student trains basic skills under water in the pool and open water. This course is the springboard to explore diving destinations all over the world or even just in the neighborhood.
Requirement: Minimum age: 10 years (10-14 years Junior Open Water Scuba Diver), Diving ability

4 practical lessons in the swimming pool
4 open water dives in the lake
For hygienic reasons the diver brings his own ABC set with neoprene boots as well as a diving suit.
All other equipment like lung automat, jacket, compressed air bottles, dive computer etc. we provide. After the course you will be able to move properly and safely under water, observing all safety standards. You now receive the Open Water Scuba Diver Brevet - an authorization to dive worldwide. The recommended diving depth is max. 18m.
The course fees include a personal SDI textbook and the certification costs.
Entrance fees to the lakes as well as indoor centers are paid by the student.
